Baggage Claim premieres at The Labia Theatre on Sunday, 13 September, bringing a Cape Town-shot thriller to the big screen for a special premiere screening. The film centres on a mysterious case, three people and a 60-minute countdown that forces its characters to confront greed, trust and betrayal. James brings the case home, Erin wants nothing to do with it, while Terry appears to know far more than he is saying. Shot entirely inside a single Cape Town apartment, the 80-minute film turns a confined setting into a pressure cooker as the clock runs down. Directed by Jean-Paul Malherbe and based on Simon K Parker’s stage play, the film stars Camilla Wolfson, Arthur Falko and Johann Dippenaar. Doors open at 14:15, with the screening starting at 14:45.
