The Curious Exchange runs monthly at The Hollow Tree in Hout Bay, and it’s more conversation than lecture – think a live podcast with the audience in the room. August’s session pairs two speakers: Craig Broadfoot, a sales coach and solo father who talks candidly about navigating trauma and recovery after gender-based violence, and Robyn Cowen, who works across energy healing, epigenetics and trauma-informed coaching to help people break inherited family patterns.
Doors open at 18:30 for mingling; the talks start at 19:00 sharp. Light refreshments are on sale from Love. Kos. Mos. Tickets at the door are cash only, and if it sells out beforehand, there’s no door sale.
