Cape Palooza is the place to be. Taking over The Terrace Rooftop in Salt River on 15 August, this all-day event is all about music, fun, and bringing Cape Town’s youth together. Expect a mix of Afro-house, hip-hop, R&B, Afro-beats, and more, with DJs keeping the energy high from afternoon until night.

It’s not just about the music either – there’ll be food, games, a tattoo station, and plenty of space to hang out with friends. The rooftop setting makes it the perfect excuse to grab your shades, pack your swimwear, and soak up the atmosphere. Hosted by Untamed Authority, who’ve been part of Cape Town’s event scene for years, Cape Palooza is all about celebrating community and creating a space where everyone feels welcome.
