Spooky Croissant brings Halloween baking to Observatory
Spooky Croissant – Halloween Edition puts a creepy twist on one of France’s most famous pastries. Chef Serena Obadia leads this hands-on masterclass, teaching participants how to laminate, fold and shape croissants before giving them a dramatic Halloween-inspired finish.
There are two sessions on 17 October, and everything you make goes home with you. A French snack and Dilmah Tea are included.
